As a manager, you can view the schedule of your team(s). The visibility of the schedules may vary based on the settings and confidentiality preferences configured by the company.

To view the schedule, click in the side menu on 'Management', then 'Planning', and finally go to the 'Team Planning' tab.

Several filtering and display options are available:

Filters: You can select a specific period, specific tasks (if configured), or departments.

Display options: In addition to viewing previous or upcoming weeks and months, you can display the schedule in columns or rows using the 'Horizontal' or 'Default' view options. By clicking on 'View absences on another line', the schedule will be updated to include the absences of employees.

The 'Other actions' button allows you to modify the displayed schedule or perform exports in XLSX format or send it by email.
