The organizational chart of Optimal RH provides a clear overview of the hierarchical structure, facilitates internal communication, and aids in decision-making.

You can access the organizational chart and the directory of your company by following the procedure below:

1. View the directory

1. In the sidebar located on the left side of the homepage, you need to click on 'Directory.’

1. A new page will appear, displaying the directory of your company.

You can refine the directory using the 'Department' and 'Employee' filters.

2. View the organizational chart
