Depending on your company's settings, the manager or team leader may submit an absence request for one of their employees. To do so, please follow the procedure below:
- On your homepage, click the 'Absences' tab under the 'Management' menu in the left-hand sidebar.

- A new page will open, displaying the 'Absences' menu. Click on 'Add an absence' in the top-right corner of the page.

- You will need to provide the following information:
- The employee (beneficiary) of the absence
- The dates involved by selecting the days on the schedule. You must specify whether the absence starts or ends in the morning or afternoon for both the first and last day.

- The type of absence
- Add a comment if necessary, along with an attachment (supporting document)
- Respond to any prerequisites required.

- "You can click on 'Save' to validate and submit the absence request."
