Optimal HR enables you to create specific, dynamic processes, such as the Onboarding process to prepare and support the arrival of a new employee, or the Offboarding process for their departure.

To generate an effective Onboarding process, you need to define several key stages. These may include introducing the team, training them on internal tools and systems, setting objectives and communicating performance expectations. It is also important to provide ongoing support during the first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Finally, don't forget to get feedback from the new employee on the induction process so that you can improve it in the future.

The Off Boarding process is just as important as the induction process. The aim is to ensure that the employee's departure takes place in the best possible way for him or her and for the company. You need to plan a transition period, gather the employee's comments and feedback, and take care of the administrative aspects of the departure. This may include recovering equipment from the company, closing internal accounts, and organising a departure meeting to share experiences and lessons learned.
