1.Introduction

Your password is strictly personal and confidential. In case of loss, a procedure is available, provided you know your username and have an email registered in Optimal RH.

2.Procedure

1. On the login page, click on the "Reset your password" link.

1. A new window will open, prompting you to enter your username. Once you've entered it, you must click on "Send reset link.”

3. You will receive an email that you need to open, and in it, you will be prompted to click on the "Reset your password" button.

4. A new window will open, prompting you to enter your new confidential password. Then, click on "Save.”
