The Deposit Management module is one of the modules that is managed by Optimal HR. Depending on the needs, it is possible to activate or deactivate them.

In the left side menu, under “Settings”, click on “Settings”. A new page will open as shown below.

On this page, click on the “Module” tab and place yourself in the “Deposits” block

You simply click on “Activate module” to enable or disable it. Other configuration options are available and allow you to adapt the module to your company’s needs:

• make comments mandatory
• Deadline for the deposit request
• enable payment of down payments
• set the default payment method

To validate your change, you must click on “Save” at the bottom of the page.
