When a user joins the company, as well as creating a file for them in Optimal HR, they need to be activated so that they can take full advantage of all the functionalities available to them in the solution. The user will also need to be deactivated when they leave the company.
Below is the procedure for deactivating or activating an employee,

In the left-hand side menu, in the βSettings β menu, click on βInstitutionβ. On this new page, click on the employee concerned in the βUsersβ tab.
In the employee's βMAIN INFORMATIONβ box, you have the option to βDeactivateβ.
In the left-hand side menu, in the βParameters β menu, click on βInstitutionβ. On this new page, you have a βDeactivatedβ filter. By selecting βYesβ, the list of deactivated employees will be displayed.
Click on the employee you wish to reactivate. A new page will be displayed.
All you have to do is go to the employee's βMINCIPAL INFORMATIONβ box, where you have the βDeactivateβ option. Deactivate this option to activate the employee.
